Test and measurement: Dummy load for audio power measurements

I built this in a hurry as I needed to make some measurements in a hurry.
It's not the tidiest, and care needs to be taken in use because I didn't add any switching for the load, it's just flying leads.
There is an internal voltage divider as well as RCA and BNC outputs. The BNC outputs are fixed at 10:1
